April 26, 2007 Today, Westminster Ballet Theatre announced a partnership with Target for sponsorship of its 3rd Annual Westminster International Dance Festival. The highlight of this year’s dance festival is the Moscow Ballet. April 17, 2007 Becky Dyson, a 17 year-old honor student at Westminster High School, has been awarded a full scholarship from the Linehan Artist Scholars Program at the University of Maryland at Baltimore County (UMBC). Becky currently studies dance at State of the Arts Dance & Music Center and is an apprentice with the Westminster Ballet Theatre.
