2007 – 2008 Season Enrollment Information For new students, registration happens in-person at State of the Arts Dance & Music Center located at 90 Aileron Ct., Suite 3, in Westminster, MD. Returning students can register by mail. *Classes begin Tuesday, September 4, 2007 and end with an annual performance in June.
Step 1: Registration Fee: A $25.00 fee is required with the registration form to reserve class space. Registration is not considered complete and class space is not reserved until this fee is paid. Registration is only $10 for each additional sibling/family member. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Step 2: Choose Your Classes: See Schedule of Classes. Please check with Director (410-848-6048) if there are questions regarding class placement.
Step 3: Tuition: is based on the 10-month session from September to June, and tuition fees are in ten monthly installments. Please see tuition chart. To confirm fall lesson times, first-month payments must accompany the registration form. If you choose “auto debit”, you must bring one voided check to set this up. If you choose “auto credit card charge”, please bring your credit card. There is a two month minimum for all lessons. To discontinue classes, a one-month (30-day) notice from the 1st of the month is required. Withdrawal must be done in person and will not be accepted over the phone. To withdraw from the studio a parent or adult must inform the school administrator in person and complete an “Add/Delete/Withdrawal Form” provided by the school office. State of the Arts Dance & Music Center reserves the right to terminate lessons to any students without notice. In such cases, a refund for unused classes will be given.
