The Westminster Ballet Theatre, housed at State of the Arts Dance & Music Center in Westminster, Maryland, Carroll County, is building a professional touring dance company via both the hiring of current professional dancers and the development of less-experienced dancers who are now in-residence at both State of the Arts Dance & Music Center and other state-wide schools.
